After starting a transaction with the payment terminal, the only way to cancel the transaction is by interacting with the CP Pay Tray Application.
Canceling a Transaction
Clicking any of the following buttons will cancel the transaction for you:
- You can click the Cancel on the main prompt.
- After being prompted for the signature, you can click Cancel.
- The X in the top, right-hand corner, will also cancel the transaction.
After canceling the transaction, you can retry the transaction or return to the application.
